OneDrive OnPrem Sync Issue

Hi Experts,

We have SharePoint 2019 and OneDrive on prem. I have observe from if we are uploading any file from web browser with specials character it is accepting but the same time files are not syncing with special character from OneDrive.

There are article available to enable special character for Office online but not for OnPrem.

Anyone knows how we can allow like Online version ?

    @Emi Zhang-MSFT , thanks for your response. I am aware about it.
    My question is very simple in SharePoint 2019 web interface ,MS is allowing special characters which mentioned in the article which you shared. But when we trying to sync files with special characters from OneDrive client to SP its creating issue and all files showing in Sync state.
