How can I find and evetually delete an Application ID URI?

I need to delete an Application ID URI that was created incorrectly. However, I can't seem able to find it. Could you please advise? Thanks!

    Thanks anonymous user-6639 , the article however describes how to remove the whole App registration.

    Isn't there a way to remove just the faulty App ID URI, created when exposing the API?

    As far as I am aware It's not possible to rename web apps. simply delete the one web app and recreate it with the correct name.
