Can't login Win10 using Office365 account

Hi,

I have a machine running Windows 10 with a local user.
I have enrolled it in Azure AD with an Office 365 account.

The Microsoft portal shows the user bound to the machine, and the machine shows up as well. Everything seems fine in Azure, Microsoft365 and InTune portals.
Inside Windows10, Windows is linked to a Microsoft 365 Work or School account.

However, I can't login to Windows 10 with the office 365 user. The only way to login is with the old local account.

¿What am I missing?

Thanks!

Are you using Pro or Enterprise?

Apparently the Home version does not work with office365 accounts

Though this is more basic I would try the usual recovery steps:

    1. Reset your password
    2. Make sure your account isn't blocked
    3. Remove any antivirus software.
    4. Install the latest updates.
    5. Make sure there are no group policies blocking the account.

@AlbertoBandeiraDaz-6414 did you Join or Registered to Azure AD? Azure AD Join should allow SSO, Register don't (see concept-azure-ad-join and concept-azure-ad-register)

I also would like to know what Edition you are using, as I am having trouble to join a Windows 10 Home.

    Good luck!
