Why can't a label the rest of my set?

Can anyone suggest why I can't label the rest of my pending images??

2021-03-29T20:14:59.483+00:00 It said "no more images to label" when I tried to label more images. (or something similar).
Wasn't an error message, just thinks there isn't any more data.Not sure what I can do to reproduce - everything was working fine, and then it wasn't.
I tried starting and resuming the project, to see if that would resolve the issue... however this has now happened:
Potentially of note is that the inference training has been stuck on "starting" since the 25th:

2021-04-06T15:15:29.52+00:00 No I don't have a support subscription, and I'm quite reluctant to pay Microsoft to be a tester for them...
It does seem abit strange to me that we need a subscription to report and get fixed what clearly appear to be defects in the stack.
Don't suppose anyone knows if there is another way to report bugs/defects which we come across in our 'testing' for this sort of thing?
For info the project is "still" resuming.
This would be less of an issue if I could upload a coco file to a new labeling project, to bootstrap the autolabelling.,
