    I tried everything including media creation of windows 10 with keeping my settings and apps and it didn't work, then I had to totally clean install windows to make it work, I am still afraid that someday again its going to pop up out of nowhere, its sad microsoft has put something so simple in a so much complicated manner, there are other stores from which microsoft should learn like steam, epic games and playstore. they are simple and they can be easily reinstalled without causing any issues.

    Hello,

    Try re-registering Store app. Perform these steps:

    1. Search for Windows PowerShell using Cortana or Windows Search.
    2. From results, right click on Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.
    3. Then type following command and press Enter key: Get-AppXPackage WindowsStore -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Let the command complete.

    Close Windows PowerShell.

    Let me know if issue still persists!

    Google "download windows 10" and run the tool to create and iso of Windows 10 on the desktop. Mount it and perform an in-place upgrade retaining apps and settings.

    Hello @Faheel Ahmed

    Move the app to the hard drive where your system is installed.

    If you've done all that you say, the next logical step is Repair Install or In-Place Feature Update
    How to Do a Repair Install of Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

    Best Regards
