after install WDK and use device configuration in visual studio 2019

after i install wdk in a windows server 2019,and i use a windows 10 with visual studio 2019 to use device configuration to config the windows server. at the time it installing TAEF service ,it cannot find the correct directory of the Wex.Services,for example, i install wdk in disk c,but it will still use "D:\Windows Kits\10\Testing\Runtimes\TAEF\x64\Wex.Services.exe" to lunch the exe,it must let me add a disk D and then install in "D:\Windows Kits\10" and it will be good to use the path of wex.services.exe,this is a problem
