TCP v4 missing from TCPview 4.0

On a customers machine TCPview 4.0 is not showing any TCP v4 connection, while UDP v4 and both TCP/UDP v6 is fine. TCPview 3 does however show them fine. I really like the search capabilities on 4.0 but I'm puzzled on this. On my own machine TCPview 4.0 does show TCP v4 connections normally. Any clue on that one?

Similar issue, not showing TCPV4 connections. Is this a bug?

Downloaded 4.16 version and still get no TCPv4 on some servers - was using 4.14 which also had issue. If I use v3.05 these TCPv4 show.
