Hello All - We are setting up our Auto Pilot provisioning process and all PCs will be Azure AD joined only. Each PC will have Outlook, OneDrive and Teams installed. Is it possible to:

  1. Have the first time sign in, it will automatically setup the Outlook mail profile, OneDrive and Teams accounts for them. I think it is possible to have Outlook pull from the users account their primary SMTP address and kick it off that way. For Teams/OneDrive, it would just need their UPN and then start.
  2. Have these apps subsequently auto-sign in without the user initiating it? The first time a user signs into the PC, you have to open up each app and type in credentials. In Teams, you have to dig into the settings to turn this on. Yuck.

Thanks all for any tips/pointers on this.

yes but depending on the license used for the pilot phase.

Please what do you mean by UPN?

@net1994 Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For Outlook, please refer to the link that Nick provided.

For OneDrive, please read the following article as a reference:
    https://www.orbid365.be/set-up-onedrive-using-intune/
Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

For Teams, it seems that this setting "Restrict sign in to Teams to accounts in specific tenants" can allow the specific UPN to sign in.

Hope the above information will help.
