Windows Cals are not installed or tracked anywhere except via the documentation that came with your purchase. Windows CALs are for either user or device server access.

Thank you for reply but how about Windows Server license? Current installed server was Windows Server 2016 but as info I receive from quotation offer most likely Windows Server 2019 hence question come again:

    1)How to check expiry license?
    2)Do we purchase correct sku?
3)How to key in new license?

Windows Server licenses are permanent, they wouldn't expire. If you purchased new Windows Server licenses then it stands to reason they would be the current lasted version (2019) If you wanted to install Server 2016 with these licenses then you'll need to either contact the reseller or microsoft to obtain a downgrade license.

Thank you for your feedback again.

Reason for getting new license were due to my company was depart from another company hence require have proof license before auditing by government to prevent further trouble.

As you mention before hence how do I know I'm getting correct SKU for my server( which attach picture in comment earlier) regardless server 2019 or 2016?

Ok, the license looks correct. A minimum of 8 core licenses is required for each physical processor and a minimum of 16 core licenses is required for each server. The server shown has 8 core so the 16 core license is fine. You'll need to either contact the reseller or microsoft to obtain a downgrade product key. Then to install the new product key you can

    slmgr /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
    slmgr /ato
