@Mark Russinovich

The latest SysinternalsSuite.zip (published March 23, 2021) contains two files named Tcpview.exe and tcpview.exe:

tcpview.exe appears to be the current version 4.0, while Tcpview.exe is the older version 3.5, which was built in 2011 according to its file properties.

Obviously, the older file should be removed from the archive.

    This problem has been resolved today. The latest SysinternalsSuite.zip – although still labeled as Updated: March 23, 2021 – comes without the outdated Tcpview.exe from 2011.

    This should be fixed now with the April 21st release.

    Tcpview v4 is still unfinished and should not have been published yet. Preference settings, positioning and size of columns.. etcetera, is not saved after closing that means it still has credentials problems.
