Unable to access azure portal due to loss of authenticator

Not able to access azure portal. I have work microsoft account and I created another active directory and using that for testing. I used microsoft authenticator for that tenant. Mistakenly I have deleted that app in my mobile and now i am not able to login azure portal. When i try, it is going for 2 step verification. Even i am not able to delete this tenant. me to resolve this issue.

    Thank you for your post!

    Since you accidentally deleted the MS Authenticator app, can you re-install it on your phone and go to - https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info, re-add your account to the mobile app again.

    If re-adding your account to the app doesn't work, did you enable the Back up and recover account credentials using the Microsoft Authenticator app feature?
