Open group policy editor.
Navigate to Local Computer Policy, Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, Windows Components, BitLocker Drive Encryption and go through all the options and see if anything is set to anything else other than not configured.
You could try to change BitLocker Password in Command Prompt
manage-bde -changepassword <drive letter>:
For example: manage-bde -changepassword F:
