PowerPoint and the Wacom Cintiq

I recently purchased a Wacom Cintiq 16, and whilst PowerPoint does recognise the pen (I can use it to create free hand shapes(, i cannot use the pen function. I can select it, however the nothing appears on the screen. It does however work when in presentation mode.

Any ideas?

    What version of Office did you use?
    As far as I know, PowerPoint need to enable ink feature, please refer to these support articles:
