Failure operating system did not complete successfully

I followed the same steps in documentation reference image with MDT. Where should the error occur? Do I need internet access as wel? Since it is an offline image. After the deployment is ‘done’ the os is working fine with all the applications, drivers and other settings. Why do I get the message and how to solve this?

    The errors in the screenshoot are general errors, please help check the bdd.log, smsts.log and setuperr.log to see if there is any further information.
