M.soft Sign-in Pop up Persistant

Good Day Forum,

Hope everyone is well?

I require help with an odd issue. The M.soft sign-in Pop up is persistent on a Mac book Pro and it refuses to disengage even after the appropriate credentials are filled.
Any and every application the user has an intention of using requires sign-in once again. Reloading office 365 did not work.

Is there a way to fix this?

Before we go further, I would like to confirm the following information with you:

When did the Microsoft sign-in windows will pop up? When using Office 365, OneDrive or some Microsoft website? Could you please help to provide related screenshots for further troubleshooting?

Any and every application the user has an intention of using requires sign-in once again.

May I know whether every application mentioned above is Office application?

Please try to uninstall Office 365 to see if the issue can be resolved.
