    Hello @FabianAlvaradoGuevara-7433 ,

The information you have provided is not enough to understand the exact issue. If you are saying that you had a local administrator account on your windows computer and you converted that account to a normal user by removing its membership from administrators group then you require to logon using some other ID to the local machine . If it was windows 10 setup using a Microsoft account ( LiveID , outlook.com account etc. ) then you may try to logon with that Microsoft Account again and you can create a local user using start > run > lusrmgr.msc and make it member of administrators group. If you do not have access to any other user account with administrative privileges on your computer then there is no other way to break windows security and get administrator access as far as I know.

If you are locked out of your azure subscription , then you need to create a ticket with the Azure Support team by following this link and they can help you . If you have locked yourself out of your Azure Active directory tenant then in that case too O365 data protection team would need some details before they can unlock/provide Azure AD administrator access to your normal user account . For this too a ticket will need to be created with Microsoft support. In case your situation is different or I have not understood it , then please let me know know more by commenting on this answer. If you are unable to open a support ticket , please email us at azcommunity[at]microsoft[dot]com and we will try to help you with your issue as a best effort .

Hope the details provided are helpful. If the information provided is helpful , please do accept it as answer so that it helps other members of the community .

    Thank you.

I'll try to explain better. I have a student-licensed Windows 10 through an Azure account, but by accident, from the windows setup I passed the linked account to standard mode and the windows was practically left without an administrator account, but I make it clear that it is not a local account, but a protected Azure account, and unfortunately from the web does not give me administrator permissions in Azure tools.
