Just updated Windows 10 Pro to 2004 and now it appears as Windows 10 Home Why?

You may have a Pro key on your computer?
You can just change it.
Start > Settings > Update & Security > Activation > Update product key > Change product key.
My PC, was built originally with Windows 7 Professional, and it upgraded to Windows 10 Pro when Microsoft offered the free upgrade.
It has been working perfectly until last weekend I left it overnight to update from 1909 to 2004.
Next morning, when I checked if it had upgraded, I got the surprise when reading Windows 10 Home.
Did you try the Microsoft Store method to switch back to Pro Edition? That would verify that your device already has a digital license for Pro, as long as it shows the option to upgrade at no cost.
You could also try using the generic Pro Product Key, found on most Windows 10 install media in \Sources\product.ini. In this file you will find the line:
professional=VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T
This is only a generic Product Key and will not activate Pro unless the device already has a digital license for Pro.
Version 2004 is having issues. Try rolling back the update to 1904 and see if the system becomes Windows Pro again.

If your device has a digital license for Windows 10 Pro, check the Microsoft Store app for Windows 10 Pro. If it shows no cost to upgrade, then selecting that will switch to Pro without any cost.
Sometimes devices which shipped with Home might clean-install Home, even if a subsequent license for Pro has been previously installed. But you can easily switch back to Pro after the clean-install is done.

Just tried your recomendation, But teh Stores shows a price for the upgrade
Verified at my Microsft account, and it changed to Home,
So a clean install might not bring it back to PRO, and probably will not accept the Pro Install

Do you have a Product Key from your Windows 7 Professional? You could try using that to activate Windows. You might need to upgrade to Pro first, using the generic Windows 10 Pro Product Key that I mentioned in a reply above.
My PC came with Windows 7 Ultimate and was upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, the same as yours.
The listing shown under Microsoft Account - Devices only displays the Edition that was last detected. It does not indicate whether or not the device has a digital license for that Edition. I have found that I can activate Home on my PC, even though it never had Home Edition. A single device can have a digital license for multiple editions of Windows 10. A clean-install of any of those Editions will auto-activate.
If you can create a small partition on your hard disk (e.g. 64 GB) you can clean install Windows 10 Pro to that as a test, without changing the current install (other than to shrink C: to make room for the test install). This will create a dual-boot setup, where you can boot to Pro or Home. If Pro activates without issue, you have proven that you have a digital license for Pro. You can then delete the extra install and upgrade Home to Pro, using the generic Product Key.

Already checked in my Microsoft account (devices) and the License is now Home
If I make a clean install, the digital license will surely tell it's not correct.

I just upgrade my Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro and it works without any issues, Also updated to latest version.
