    Hi,
    Do you have this problem under certain operations? For example, open website or install software and so on.
    Firstly, please try to check for update. If any security updates could be found. Installing them to check. It will update your system file.

    It doesn't say which Fault Module Name: unknown could be related. So perform a clean boot to avoid the influence of third-party software and services.

    Then try the steps below:
    Right click on my computer
    Go to properties
    Click on advanced system settings
    Under performance, click settings
    Click the Data Execution Prevention tab, and then click Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select.
