Ear setup issue

Ray Crawford 56

LED #2 is perpetually lit on my ear and the Percept workspace shows it's there, but the in-portal voice demo doesn't work and it doesn't answer. The eye seems to be working, but I'm at a loss with the ear.

Unsure how to proceed.

Hi @Ray Crawford can you confirm that none of the documented steps here help on your case? Azure Percept Audio and speech module troubleshooting

If you have collected what are you seeing in the speech module logs ?

Hi @Ray Crawford , did you have any issues going through the out of box experience and loading any other modules?
Did you purchase the device as part of public preview? have you updated it recently? You can find your ADU version with this command: cat /etc/adu-version
Following the troubleshooting guide, do you see a speechclient module? Is it running?
