Legal Permission of using Microsoft Fonts

Question

I use Microsoft Windows 10. There are some fonts pre-installed in my computer. Can I use those fonts for commercial purposes? Also, there are many other fonts available in the Microsoft Font Library. Can I download & use them for commercial purposes such as creating graphics design & selling them to clients, publishing printed & digital books, using the fonts in websites or any other digital, social or non-digital platforms?
