You seem to be missing the licensing, no?
MS teams Admin - Unble to enable configure Dial-in Conference / missing onferencing bridge option
Hi Experts,
We have a test environment and trying to do number masking for dial-in users in MS teams. I can see in the production environment but not in our test environment.
We have E5 without audio conferencing license in our test environment. When I run Get-CsOnlineDialInConferencingTenantSettings
i get below error "
"your Tenet is disabled for online Dial-in Conferencing. You are not permitted to use this cmdlet"
and also I don't see "Conferring bridge" under "Manage Teams"
Not sure what is missing here. please suggest how to enable it.
Thanks in advance,
BR,
MR

According to the error message, it indicates that your tenant has no access to dial in conferencing. As michev suggested, it needs an Audio Confereincing license.
There are 8 steps for setting up Audio Conferencing. Please follow the steps one by one:
Step 1: Find out if Audio Conferencing is available in your country/region
Step 2: Get and assign Audio Conferencing licenses
Step 3: Get service numbers for your conferencing bridges
Step 4: Assign a service number to the conferencing bridge
Step 5: Set the default and alternate languages for a conferencing bridge
Step 6: Set your conferencing bridge settings
Step 7: Assign dial-in phone numbers for users who lead meetings
Step 8: Set up meeting invitations (optional)
