2FA for myapplications only?

Hi there, one of my customers is using Active directory with AD Connect and passtrhough autentication. I would like to know if i can arrange the following:

Use Azure proxy for web application to get this in myapplications.microsoft.com
Whenever i go to myapplication is it possible to force 2fA?
And can i go to a business application without 2fA?

Summary: user goes to https://myapplications.microsoft.com uses credentials + 2FA to get to the application.
User wants to go to a different application > also Azure Business application > user logs in with credentials without 2fA.

Is this possible?
