Terraform pipeline executed successfully but resources not visible in portal.

We are trying to spin up an environment using terraform scripts. We see pipeline as green i.e. all stages of that pipeline have got executed successfully but resources are not getting created in Azure portal.

Can anyone please let us know what could be the probable reason for this issue.
