Clients not getting updates from WSUS

Thanks for your feedback and it is a good news to hear the issue has been resolved.

In fact, the clients will only install the needed updates. The security updates are cumulative in windows 10 and the previous version hot fixes will be included into the latest cumulative updates. So we need to deploy the latest cumulative updates for the for the clients which is OK.

As you provided screenshot, you have approved several superseded .Net Framework updates and Cumulative updates for clients. Please help to confirm whether the clients installed the latest .Net Framework update and Cumulative Update first. If so, the clients will refuse to install the previous version. Obviously, there is no needed to install the superseded updates and the latest cumulative updates included all the previous hot fixes.
