App Installer Fails On Subsequent Runs With Windows 2004 And Fast Ring - Anyone Else Having This Problem?

I posted this in the MSIX hub in the tech community, but I was wondering if anyone here could possibly shed some light on this or if anyone else has been having this problem (Sharla if you see this, there is not anything new on here so you can ignore it).

  • After our organization started having their machines getting updated to Windows 2004, we started having problems this week with the AppInstaller failing when the user tries to run it on subsequent attempts after it does one update. After that the user either has to restart their PC or they have to download the .MSIX bundle itself and run it manually.

We also have found that you get a similar problem running AppInstaller a second time on the Fast Ring.
