Brazil AD B2C tenant creation

I am unable to find AD B2C service with "Brazil" as a data center location. Could anyone suggest which should be the nearby location I can prefer for using the service.

    Unfortunately, Brazil has not been added to the B2C tenant data residency list and currently in process for addition. However, you can use any of the countries listed over here. There are multiple data center locations of United States you can use and I believe Panama probably would be nearby location for you. Hope this helps.
