Azure Blockchain failing with VSCode

We have created the Azure Blockchain service.

But connecting thru VSCode is failing. None of the VSCode command Palette commands are working.

We got stuck here. Please help us!

Command 'Blockchain: Connect to network' resulted in an error (command 'azureBlockchainService.connectProject' not found)

    Are you following: Quickstart: Use Visual Studio Code to connect to an Azure Blockchain Service consortium network and confirmed all Prerequisites are in place?
