Azure automation - dashboards

Question

Hello,

Is there any possibility to create an automation in dashboards with metrics (not metric logs, but metrics)?
I need to create a metrics dashboard where all my new VMs are added in an automated way in the main dashboard so that it will continuously be up to date with my data ingestion.
