Project to jira export and re import

Hello . Can any one provide me with a quick way of exporting tasks from ms project into Jira
And possibly bringing the Jira ticket number back into project as a text field or better still a URL.

    You can use WBS Gantt-Chart to export Jira issues into either an Excel or MS Project file.
