update caused slight echo

after i went to the october update finally it caused an echo for when ever im using my headphones and making it impossible to use discord or any thing now on my computer because of the echo. if any one knows how to fix this please help

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
    Does your machine come with something called Nahimic software? If so, there is some suggestion that turning it off may improve your sound.
