Microsoft Certified Trainer & Old MCP Certification

I am interested in becoming a Microsoft Certified Trainer. I received my MCP on Windows 2000 and Windows Server back in 2002 or 2003 not completely sure of the year. My first questions is how do I get a copy of the certification if its still available and the second questions is will this be acceptable as one of the requirements for me to become a Microsoft Certified Trainer?

    MCT program entry requirements
    Possess a current Microsoft Certification or qualification eligible for the MCT program. (See below for list of qualifying certifications.)

    As for the old certificates, they should be available in your transcript

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
