Free managed application in Azure Marketplace

Is it possible to publish Managed Application to Azure Marketplace and make it free or set price to 0$?
If yes does that apply even if you have in app purchases?

    Yes, you can publish a Managed App offer and set its price to 0$.
    In app purchases are not visible for Marketplace.
