Hello,
I am having an issue in which I am unable to use SHA-256 cert to sign a VBA project in Office Excel 2010 x86 on a Windows 10 Enterprise x64 computer. I found there was a hotfix under KB2598139 associated to this issue https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/description-of-the-office-2010-hotfix-package-mso-x-none-msp-msores-x-none-msp-april-24-2012-9ff26a55-c77b-cb07-bfd3-100823ce9346. Unfortunately the hotfix is no longer available download in Microsoft Update Catalog. Any help on locating and downloading of hotfix Office2010-kb2598139-fullfile-x86-glb.exe is much appreciated.

Speculating I would say the hotfix was pulled for a good reason.
It's unlikely a new one is forthcoming, since Office 2010 is out of support.

Thanks, TvanStiphout! I've received similar answer from Microsoft support. The rep actually recommended me to post a question here just in case someone has an idea.
I understand chances of getting the hotfix are next to none.
