@vani k ,
To determine if this is an account side problem, login on another machine and observe the result.
If it works properly, delete cached sign in credentials in your machine as below:
- Sign out Skype for Business.
- Click "Delete my sign-in info" in the sign in window, then exit SFB.
- Navigate to Users > username > AppData > Local > Microsoft > Office > 16.0 > Skype for Business.
- Delete all sip_profileName folders.
- Delete all files in Tracing folder. Do not delete the folder itself.
- Press Win + R key at the same time and run ipconfig /flushdns command.
- Try sign in to SFB again to check the result.

If the above suggestion has no help, I want to confirm some question with you:
Does this problem exists all the time? Or what changes do you do before this problem happened?
Does anyone else have the same problem?
