SkypeForBusiness -OnPrem Welcome Screen Error connection

Hi,

Thanks in advance.

Server: Skype for Business 2015
Client: Skype for Business 2016

When Client logins, he get a welcome screen with error connection "Sorry, we can't connect right now. Please try again later" and also "skip the quick tips for now and looks at them next time you login".

    To determine if this is an account side problem, login on another machine and observe the result.

    If it works properly, delete cached sign in credentials in your machine as below:

    1. Sign out Skype for Business.
    2. Click "Delete my sign-in info" in the sign in window, then exit SFB.
    3. Navigate to Users > username > AppData > Local > Microsoft > Office > 16.0 > Skype for Business.
    4. Delete all sip_profileName folders.
    5. Delete all files in Tracing folder. Do not delete the folder itself.
    6. Press Win + R key at the same time and run ipconfig /flushdns command.
    7. Try sign in to SFB again to check the result.
