SetupConfig.ini DiagnosticPrompt=Enable

I am running an upgrade and using SetupConfig.ini and SetupComplete.cmd for post OS config.
I am having an issue installing MSEdge msi from SetupComplete.cmd.
I am able to start and generate a log file with the following command:
CMD /C Start /Wait msiexec.exe /I C:\ProgramData\Scripts\EdgeX64\MicrosoftEdgeEnterpriseX64.msi /L*V C:\ProgramData\Scripts\NYL_EdgeX64_Install_%LogDate%.log /q

Also i am not able to open cmd with Shist+F10 for troubleshooting when "working on updates" and i do have "DiagnosticPrompt=Enable" set in the ini file.

What have i missed?

    You could use the method here to install MicrosoftEdgeEnterpriseX64.msi during Windows Setup.

    In fact, Debugging windows log is beyond scope of forums support so if further assistance were needed you could open a request ticket with Microsoft support.

    Thank you for the answer, but this is the method i am already using as i state in the question.
    But having a problem, thus asking a question.
    And not able to troubleshoot even DiagnosticPrompt=Enable is set in the ini file.
