Integrating ServiceNow with Azure B2C

Hello,

I am looking for some help on 'Integrating/Configuring ServiceNow with Azure B2C'.

  • Using Azure B2C as a single sign-on solution in Servicenow to validate the user's identity.

I have tried Servicenow SSO integration with Azure AD but looking to integrate ServiceNow with Azure B2C.

    As of now there is no official Microsoft documentation available for this integration. However, you can reference the documents for other SAML based IDPs and try updating your custom policy files with similar parameters for ServiceNow.

    Below are the documents for integrating SAML based IDPs that you can reference:

    1. ADFS
    2. Salesforce
