WSUS reporting issue

We have a new WSUS on windows 2012R2 (which is in DMZ) and where Client servers not reporting, following is the error reported on windows update.log on all client servers tried to report on that WSUS..Any suggestion or help plz

    the error means: The functionality for the operation is not supported.

    Is there more information about the event log?

    Did all the clients fail to report to the WSUS server? Please consider sharing the whole Windows update log for reference.

    In addition, please consider confirming the following information first:

    1. Please help to confirm the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate registry value first on the client.

    2. Check the connection between the WSUS server and the client:
      Open the IE browser on the client and enter as the below URL: http://WSUS server's name/selfupdate/iuident.cab
