Can we make an IIS resource wise Dashboard for an end customer?

We host multiple customer IIS sites on our VM. Can we somehow give a dashboard to show site / URL / IIS resource wise VM Performance Dashboard for individual customers?

There's nothing native but you could ask for help here with development of an IIS site.
