Hardware error in Reliability Monitor

Hi,

I found hardware error in Reliability Monitor.

I request, please help me to find out which hardware part is suspected?

I am finding the faulting module is ntdll.dll

Open Command Prompt as an Admin, and copy paste the following commands followed by Enter key.

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Boot in to Safe mode and re-register this dll file.

Open Command Prompt as Admin and type:

regsvr32 ntdll.dll

I shall also advice you to update all the hardware drivers.

All that you can rely on from the reliability monitor report is that there was a BSOD.

The bugcheck was D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

1) Run and post log collector results:

2) Make a new restore point:

a) learn how to use the Windows Recovery Environment (RE) commands: reset and bootmode to turn off the tool
