David James (from MS) posted this to twitter. . .

PSA, as I’ve been asked many times today. Yes there is an issue with patch Tuesday patches published today, which is impacting WSUS syncing. This should be resolved soon, and syncing will work again - w/o any manual steps customer side.

We're seeing the same, none of our WSUS servers are pulling updates, but are syncing successfully.

Same here. As well as a colleague running his own in another department.

Last month, it was the Server 2019 updates direct from MS that seemed to get pulled and/or delayed for a day. But you could still sync it to WSUS and install from there. This month, it's the reverse! My servers can get their update from MS, but our WSUS server doesn't think there are any updates available to it.
