Monitoring extension fails in Azure ARC

I am trying to add AWS machine inside Azure ARC which works fine, i am able to managed AWS machine.

But when i try to Add Monitoring Extension and configuring the same via Log Analytics workspace it always fails. I have tried multiple times and with different machines the result is same

    Hi nitinmulchandani-8657, sorry for the issue you are experiencing.
    I need additional logs to investigate further. Please zip and share the entire contents of 2 folders:

    1. GuestConfig folder (Found under C:\ProgramData)
    2. C:\packages\plugins
