Exported PST's from content search are corrupted after editing

Hello Everyone

An Employee in our company lost some E-Mails, so I tried to export them over the Office 365 content search. This works without any issues first, but when he starts to edit the PST-File (deleting Emails or moving them to other PST's) the PST-File gets corrupted and you need to repair it to continue using them.

Since there are unfortunately a lot of E-Mails that are missing, I may thought that the Filesize was the Problem, so I splitted the PST's in Smaller ones (Smaller Date-Range), but that didn't help. I also thought that maybe copying the Files before opening them might be the Problem, so I downloaded the PST-Files locally on his device, but that didn't help as well.

Is there any solution to this Problem? I don't want to extract it into single MSG-Files, since that would be an even bigger mess...

Thank you for your help.

Kind regards,

Gabe
