Multi-access kiosk: change display language

Hi everyone,
I am trying to configure a multi-access kiosk profile. I encountered a problem. I would like to allow the operator to change the language settings and the keyboard input language by default. I can t find the option in the xml configuration.
Had anyone encountered this problem?
