Unable to Load Biztalk 2013 R2 Cab File in Windows 2012R2

Hi ,
We are trying to install the Biztalk 2013 R2 Developer edition on a windows 2012 r2 server , but looks like the CAB File that is downloaded automatically during the install returns a 404 File Not found error , thereby stopping the installation procedure.
We tried to manually download the CAB file from the mentioned path in setup.xml but no luck !
We tried various other cab file paths but still lead to Invalid Signature error in that cases.

I can't see any issue in the CAB link and able to download it for Windows Server 2012, Please find the link below from where you can download it.

2021-05-20T19:53:43.34+00:00 Thanks Kamlesh - should we use this - Windows Server 2012: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=269616 for Windows 2012 R2 as well , looks like it returned a invalid signature error for this CAB File.
This is the one we see Biztalk is trying to automatically download and use during installation - but results in 404 error : http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=399287
