Where is there an example of a Xamarin Android app manifest for use with the current FirebaseMessagingService since the deprecation of FirebaseInstanceIdReceiver, and the use of OnNewToken() and OnMessageReceived()? This documentation, Remote Notifications with Firebase Cloud Messaging, is out of date.
