Some of our systems are blocked from the internet. Is there a way to update those systems while offline?
I've tried WSUS Offline but when running that program on the offline systems most of the time it doesn't update the system.

Is there some MS tool that does the same?

We're running multiple versions of Windows (2019, 2016, 2012, 10).

    Hi @Christiaan Heerze ,

WSUS offline is your only option for "free", otherwise you can use Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (previously SCCM) but at a cost, or any other third-party tools.

For the WSUS offline, you'll need to ensure it is configured properly, you would use two (2) WSUS servers, one (1) which is online to fetch the updates, and export/copy them to media. Then you would have another one (1) WSUS server which is disconnected, for importing the updates from the export/copy and actually distributing them to your client systems based on need.

    Hello.
To guess, You're researching Windows offline updates at work, But you don't have system and network management rights, And does another department or customer have it?

If network management permissions make it difficult to build a WSUS server, I think the only way to do this is to download the necessary updates from the Microsoft Update catalog, using other devices that can connect to the Internet.
    https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/

If you use this, you will need to choose which programs to download yourself.
It depends on the state of the machine and the installed applications.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is any other tool that automatically selects it.
