SCOM 2019 UR1 Console: Why would the Reporting Tab populate all the Reports for one console user and a different console user?

Hello,

We just installed SCOM 2019 UR1 and we have a bizarre issue where the Reporting tab in the console shows all the reports for one SCOM Admin but not for a second or third SCOM Admin? The AD group permissions and rights are the same (we looked but maybe there is something obscure) for all three SCOM Admins who are using the console on the same server. The SQL Server Reporting Services works fine and reports come up for all three SCOM admins. All other tabs/features work identically for all three SCOM admins in the SCOM 2019 UR1 console.

OperationsManager event log reveals nothing useful. We verified all our IE settings are identical. How do we get the Reporting tab to display the reports for all SCOM admins who use the console?

Any ideas to look for or solutions to try are appreciated.

Thanks,

~ Matt

    Hi,

SCOM is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on).

You can ask the experts in the dedicated SCOM forum over here:
    https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/home?category=systemcenteroperationsmanager

(Please don't forget to accept helpful replies as answer)

    Best regards,
    Leon
