How to solve this issue, i can't carry on with my training and i tried to log in, switch resources and subscriptions

Has anybody had the same problem? i can't register my email address as suggested and changed my subscriptions, and switch to the learn sandbox instead of the free trial so i can carry on with the training, otherwise it gets stuck without giving me the points and carry on
