Can SSRS be used with SQL Server Standard Edition?

So far I assumed that SSRS can be used with the normal licence of SQL Server 2019 Standard Edition - or does it need a special licence/SA or Enterprise Edition?

SSRS can be used with SQL Server Standard Edition. It does not need a special licence/SA or Enterprise Edition.
You could refer to these links to download SSRS and install it by entering the product key:

SSRS is still part of the SQL Server technology stack and part of the license.
Size version 2017 SSRS comes with a separate installer, where you can use your SQL Server product key to install SSRS 2019.

Good in theory, however I have SQL Server 2019 installed on the server and when trying to install SQL 2019 Reporting Services it want's a product key, and the SQL product key doesn't work.

How do I get it to recognise that a license is not required?
