We are getting the below errors to some recipients on our Exchange 2013 server. Do we need to do a send connector for each recipient or is there another solution? Thanks

No we don't use smart hosts
If you create a specific send connector for a recipient and smarthost to their mx record, does it work?

Does this still apply to Exchange 2013? I am asking since the article is speaking about Exchange 2010 or 2007
From what I have seen, it does.
I would consider using an outbound smarthost if possible . That would eliminate this issue.

Following the above, can I create an outbound smarthost for all recipients, please? We are ending up creating multiple smarthosts for recipients whereby the message is delayed. Thank you
